Our Founder – Rainer Thiele

Rainer Thiele, founder and managing director of LinkedBridges, brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in the automotive and new energy industries. As a former CTO and General Manager, he has successfully led technology and business transformations across Europe, India, and Latin America—shaping engineering hubs, production centers, and strategic ventures.

Throughout his international career, Rainer has been instrumental in establishing and growing operations in India, Brazil, Poland, and Romania, with a particular focus on manufacturing, electrification, ADAS & autonomous driving, power electronics, and hybrid & electric mobility. His deep technical foundation—rooted in a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen—complements his strategic vision and operational leadership.

At LinkedBridges, Rainer leverages this expertise to support European companies in entering and scaling in India and Latin America. His work focuses on production localization, technology transfer, and building innovation-driven partnerships tailored to complex and fast-growing markets.
